Upon earning her MBA from Mt. St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland in 1995, Kay Betz assumed the role she enjoys today as the Chief Financial Officer of our company.
Kay is also adjunct faculty at McDaniel College, where she is an instructor in the Graduate Program, teaching business management. In 2012 Kay’s business acumen was recognized by Carroll County employer Carroll Lutheran Village when she was invited to join its Board of Trustees, and she is also co-founder of Outfluence, LLC, a teaching and consulting organization.
