Ryan Black, RPR, CLR, CSR-DE former Director and Chief Official Court Reporter for Lancaster County, PA joins AB&A as a partner

Al Betz of Al Betz & Associates (AB&A), a court reporting and litigation support firm, announced that Ryan Black has joined the firm as a partner and court reporter. Mr. Black is the former Director and Chief Official Court Reporter for Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations and administration of the court reporting department of the Lancaster County Courthouse.

Mr. Black is a Registered Professional Reporter (RPR), Certified Livenote Reporter (CLR), and is a Certified State Reporter in Delaware (CSR-DE). His career as a court reporter spans 13 years.

The service area of the Pennsylvania operation of AB&A, headed by Mr. Black, covers Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Philadelphia, as well as Wilmington, Delaware. He will also provide services as needed for AB&A clients in Baltimore, Annapolis and Washington, D.C.

He also provides Communications Access Realtime Translation (“CART”) services for the hearing impaired.
