How it all began …
The neighborhood began noticing problems in the water. Soon it was discovered that in excess of 26,000 gallons of gasoline leaked undetected from underground containers. Hundreds of families were impacted. Local counsel advocated for Al Betz & Associates, Inc. and national counsel and the client selected our firm to manage the court reporting, videography, and exhibit production and electronic synchronization. The litigation is well into its second year of discovery as we write this in early 2010.
